Curried Chickpeas

Warm and spicy. Fresh and comforting. Most of all bursting with flavor. That's how I'd describe these curried chickpeas with tomatoes brought to you by Evolving Table. This meal comes together in a snap and is complimented by scoop of rice and a side of greens. So simple and yet so complex. I love a good Indian dish.
